VIYA is in private beta. This page says, in plain English, what we collect, why, and who helps us run the service. Anything unclear? Email hello@roletrackr.com.
What we collect
Your account details from sign-in (name, email and photo), the content you create or connect in your workspace, the keys you add for AI and other services, and records of how features are used (for example, how much AI each one used) so we can run VIYA and keep costs in check.
How we use it
To run your workspace, keep it secure, fix problems and improve VIYA. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
AI and your data
Most AI features run on the AI key you connect, so your content goes to that provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) under your own account with them. A few setup features, like reading your website to draft your brand, and web search, run on VIYA's own accounts. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Who helps us run VIYA
Hosting and storage: Vercel, Railway, MongoDB Atlas and Cloudflare. Sign-in: Google Firebase. Web search: Tavily. Social publishing: Post For Me, only for accounts you connect. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
Browser storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No ad trackers, no analytics tools.
Keeping it safe
Keys you add are encrypted before they're stored, and your workspace is kept separate from every other one on our servers.
Your choices
Export your data or delete your workspace any time from Admin, Organization. Deleting removes your workspace and your sign-in; copies in our backups expire on their own.
Children
VIYA isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
