The basics
By using VIYA you agree to these terms. VIYA is in private beta, by invitation, and free while it's in beta.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
Your content is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you so VIYA works.
Publishing and connected accounts
VIYA acts on a connected account, like a social profile, only when you approve it. You're responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's rules.
AI can be wrong
Review what the AI drafts before you rely on it or publish it.
Fair use
Don't use VIYA for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or to break, overload or get around its limits.
Other services
VIYA connects to services like AI providers, social platforms and search. Their terms apply when you use them, and we can't promise they'll always be available.
Beta, as is
VIYA is provided as is during beta, without warranties. Features may change or go away. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits.
Ending things
You can stop using VIYA and delete your workspace any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
